  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests against the product roadmap and strategic objectives

  • Translate prioritized requirements into clear, actionable implementation tasks

  • Organize and direct the development team's work to ensure both continuous delivery and adherence to established priorities

Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate upcoming product changes clearly and proactively across the organization and to clients

  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure continuity of  knowledge

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Owner within the payments and/or banking sectors of the fintech industry

  • Strong understanding of the European fintech market, and of the products and business models of payment service providers

  • A proactive, self-directed working style, with the ability to independently identify priorities and initiate work without requiring explicit instruction or approval at each step

  • Strong self-organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment - quickly and precisely gathering requests and feedback from multiple stakeholders, prioritizing them, translating them into tasks, and managing execution through to delivery

  • Excellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal proficiency in English; the role requires daily interaction with clients, partners, vendors, management, and internal teams, each demanding a distinct communication approach

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and priorities across regulated, cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, AML, Finance, IT), including in situations without direct managerial authority

  • Practical experience working within Agile frameworks, including backlog management and sprint planning

  • Practical experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Claude, or similar

  • Basic understanding of software development concepts - e.g., the essence of APIs, the client-server model, and log management - sufficient to collaborate comfortably with the development team

  • Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to payment products, such as AML/KYB, GDPR, DORA, and MiCA

  • Solid understanding of the technical side of banking and payment processing - e.g., how SWIFT payments are executed, the distinction between operational and safeguarding accounts, and the criteria governing SEPA Instant payments

  • Experience with crypto products and/or card products is considered a strong advantage

  • Experience at the intersection of marketing, design, and UI/UX development is also considered an advantage

We Offer:

  • Gross salary starting from 3800 EUR per month based on qualifications and experience

  • Private health insurance after the probation period

  • Hybrid work model

  • Training budget for up to 2000 EUR

  • More days off: 2 additional sick-days, 2 wellness days and 1 volunteer day paid by the company

  • Opportunity for personal & professional growth while creating a globally relevant company in the fintech market
