Junior Marketing Specialist

We are opening our doors to young professionals trying to start their career in the fintech world, currently we are in search of a Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riga. Working here, you will be part of a dynamic mix of people with different backgrounds, skills, experiences, and passionate minds.

As the Junior Marketing Specialist in this role, you will:

• Create content on Nexpay digital platforms such as the website, social media channels, etc.;

• Cooperate with the design, product, business teams in the development of brand and promotional materials such as merch, presentations, materials for conferences, etc.;

• Carry out digital marketing activities and make necessary adjustments to optimize results;

• Assist the business team in marketing related tasks during industry events;

• Be involved in Employer branding activities.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fintech or banking environment;

• Experience in Google Ads, SEO, campaign analytics, and marketing technologies;

• Exceptional communication and writing skills;

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken);

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively;

• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas simultaneously;

• Proactive attitude enabling to set tone for marketing efforts of the company.

• Gross salary starting from 1300 EUR per month based on qualification;
