Job requirements

Your Profile

You must be an experienced sales manager with a background of banking, fin-tech, and financial services industry. You will be responsible for managing the sales and customer success teams to produce results in line with company ambitions, as well as formulating the sales & marketing strategy. You must be able to think outside the box and be the master of your game.

As the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Take ownership of the complete sales efforts (B2B)

  • Lead the existing Account Management & Customer Success teams

  • Schedule, organize and execute (in-person) industry events participation

  • Monetization of existing business clients

  • Manage and develop referral agent network

  • Develop new sales verticals

  • High level direct sales to key industry players

  • Help the CEO and the Board with all kinds of business development task/project as they come by

  • Assist in product development strategic decisions based on B2B client insights.

What we are looking for:

  • +4 years of experience B2B sales preferably fintech

  • +2 years of experience of managing sales & customer success teams

  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts

  • Strong and reliable sales methodology to plan and develop sales

  • Strong will, confident approach and positive approach

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions

  • Understanding of AML & Compliances processes

  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English

  • Strong commercial acumen and business planning skills.
